Fee: $230

Pay by cash, check, credit card, debit card

Payment plans are available.

COPY of birth certificate for 1st year players

COPY of power bill, mortgage statement, or rental agreement

(verify boundaries)

**If you signed up online, please print or make a copy of your receipt

for our records and show up at one of the following dates above.

***IMMEDIATLEY after you have registered and paid you will be directed

to K Town storage to pick up equipment.

****If you elect to do payment plan, $165 must be paid to receive equipment.

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!

*****If you do not live in the Kearns Highschool boundary

we will help you to find the correct district for you to play.
